Science Complex Huddle Rooms

Reserve a huddle room to study with a group, finish a group project, run a meeting or host academic support sessions. Huddle rooms are available for student, faculty and staff use.

Located on the third floor of the Fisher College Science Complex, these Huddle Room Spaces provide students, staff, and faculty with a quiet and collaborative environment for studying, meetings and group projects. Each room is equipped with modern seating, whiteboards and technology-friendly setups to enhance productivity.

Student Reservations

Rooms SC-3253, SC-3255, and SC-3257 may be reserved by any student. Reservations can be made .

To ensure fair access and effective use of these shared spaces, students are encouraged to reserve rooms in advance, especially during peak study periods like midterms and finals.

Once a reservation is confirmed, students will receive an email with the room details, including the date, time and location. Please arrive on time and be prepared to share the room with your study group in accordance with the rules of use.

Rules of Use

  • Students are restricted to one reservation a day.
  • Maximum of two hours per reservation.
  • Each reservation requires a minimum of two students and a maximum of four.
  • If a room is not occupied within the first 15 minutes of a reservation, the reservation will be forfeited and other students may use the room.
  • A valid TU email address must be used. Reservations made with a non-TU email will be canceled.
  • Rooms must be cleaned and organized before the end of a student’s reservation. Failure to do so will result in the reserving student being disallowed from making future reservations.

Faculty and Staff Reservations

Faculty and staff may reserve Huddle Rooms SC-3251 and SC-3259 for meetings, academic support sessions or other professional activities. These rooms are designated specifically for faculty and staff use and are not subject to the same reservation limits as student-accessible rooms.

Reservations can be made through the dedicated faculty and staff bookings page, or by coordinating through Outlook.
